J & E Associates, Inc. is a woman owned small business headquartered in Washington, DC.  A professional services and management consulting firm founded in 1985 (see Our Story), we specialize in planning, implementing, and supporting health, social, and educational service programs.

J & E currently manages a workforce of approximately 30 people who deliver health and human services on government’s behalf, primarily at locations in the DC metropolitan area. Our workforce consists largely of social workers, nurses, drug abuse counselors, trainers, educators, counselors, psychologists, and other professional and administrative personnel.

Our expert staff also provides management consulting support aimed at improving service quality and employee productivity within health and human service organizations.

J & E is a D.C. Department of Small and Local Business Development Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) for a number of NIGP codes. We are also approved as a small business in a number of NAICS codes. We hold certifications from the Department of Transportation in Maryland and D.C. as a disadvantaged, minority owned small business enterprise.
