What We Do

J & E has provided a wide range of services over the past 30 years – from writing Human Resources policies for federal and local agencies and training affected employees to staffing and managing child abuse and neglect programs for military families around the world. Our research and technical assistance projects have included business process improvement studies and customer satisfaction surveys regionally and nationally.

We are approved for a  number of NIGP and NAICS codes.
